16,How to place an order ?

(1) Please contact with our saler to negotiation the details .

(2) Make depoist for order ,sample making for confirmation before mass production .

17,What certificate do you have?
We have CCC,CE(EN71,EN14765),SGS,ISO9001 etc. Also we can apply other certificate if you need.

18,How is the goods packed?
Normally, each piece will be packed with shrink wrap, bubble bag and carton.  We also accept OEM package.

19,How long will the sample be shipped?
If the sample is in stock, it can be shipped at once, if not, it will need about 7-15 days to prepare for it.

20. What is your sample policy?
At first, customer needs to pay the sample fee and freight fee, It will be refund to customer after the confirmation of a future order.

21. Can I get a sample? Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, you can. And we can produce according to actual samples. Moreover, you can have your own specifications of the goods you want, we can produce according to your specifications.

Shipping fee is decided by total weight, the shipping fee will be less if you want us to send goods to your Chinese shipping agent. We need to talk deeper if you want us to arrangge shipping :)

This deck model is made by toppest technology and true material. We use genuine epoxy glue to press plies, not polyvinyl acetate glue, you don't need to worry about glue or cracking problem. We use true material among bamboo, Canadian maple, fiberglass and carbon fiber.

26, How are the goods packed?
10 pieces per carton. The carton size is 82cm x 27cm x 18cm, gross weight 14KG. OEM package is accepted.

You can use any of our stock shapes and sizes. You can mix up sizes and shapes however you want. Or if you want to a

custom shape you would need to send us one to replicate, or send us a file of one. We can make custom concaves if you

don’t want to use our stock molds.
